More than just one account group at a time. Also, alot more functionality on Tracking Summary reporting. Grouping in the reports such as Customer Invoice Report so it shows subtotals rather than a whole list.

One of the desktop accts software programs I use lets you tick a pop-up box for which ones you want displayed. The Account Transactions/Detailed Account Transactions reports being able to specify some but not all/just one GL codes. Able to print a P&L style report for specific GL codes only not all for looking at specific areas.

Quite a number of my clients would like this one. At present, it's only the one period with the tracking codes across.

I'm trying to get my head around how that would work in the more complex set of data in Xero so it sounds like it might not be that easy! I'll post more if I think of them, but just a couple off the top of my head are: A P&L by tracking code that compares periods. You can basically query the database and pull in what ever fields you want and define filters as to what is in the report and make totally custom reports for what you need. Xero is most likely built on a very different architecture, but I love the report building function in Workflowmax. Reporting - Supplier Transaction & Payment Report: Done - Profit & Loss Report - As a percentage (%) of sales: Done - Reporting - Option to add account numbers & zero balances to financial statements: Idea - Balance Sheet - Add Budgets for B/S accounts: Idea - Statement of Cash Flow - Indirect Method GAAP: Done - Reporting - Unallocated Prepayment Report: Idea - New Account Transactions Report: Add a running balance column: Done - Reporting - Sort by account code with option to not display code: Idea On the other hand, if you want to get raw data out of Xero en masse to produce your own custom reports, then our API is the best option to pursue with a developer.Īs Jody mentioned, being able to add & subtract data fields would be helpful.

See the below links, or if you're not covered then please add a new one.
